How to find books using OneSearch

Knovel - Engineering Handbooks Online

Knovel is an online collection of over 600 engineering handbooks and reference sources. Search or browse individual books or search across the entire collection. Many of the handbooks in Knovel feature interactive tables and graphs and you can export data to Excel and other programs.

 

Encyclopedias & Reference Sources

Subject encyclopedias can be very useful, especially for students new to a discipline. Unlike World Book, Britannica, Wikipedia, or other encyclopedias you may have used, subject encyclopedias are devoted to specific subjects and are written for a more advanced reader with at least some background in the field.
