Unified Library Management System (ULMS) OneSearch Information

Information about the Cal Poly Pomona University library's transition to the Ex Libris ULMS.

Welcome to the library's new and robust management and discovery system!

OneSearch goes live on June 20, 2017!

Getting Started

What is OneSearch

An all-in-one system offered by Ex Libris that covers all library operations: discovery, selection, acquisition, metadata management, digitization, and circulation.

The CSU has named the new system for all 23 campuses as: OneSearch

Why OneSearch?

Cost saving: the implementation of Alma/Primo will save the CSU system close to $1 million dollars per year.

Consortia capabilities: shared metadata management and centralized e-resource management

Gerry Hanley, Assistant Vice Chancellor, Academic Technology Services for the CSU said, "Our big and important goal is to support equity across all campuses so all CSU students, faculty and staff have equally successful, innovative, and powerful library services for learning, teaching, and scholarly activities.”

Watch David Walker (Director of CSU's System Wide Digital Library Services) explain the benefits of OneSearch.
