Before entering the Media Studio
- Make a reservation for the Media Studio room.
- The Media Studio can be used for 3 hours at a time.
- When it is time for your reservation, proceed to the 2nd floor Circulation Desk to check out the Media Studio Kit.

USAGE:
- If this equipment is being assigned to a student, I acknowledge and agree that I will abide by the Cal Poly Pomona Code of Student Conduct, Guidelines for Acceptable Use of Computing Resources, and all other applicable Cal Poly Pomona policies. Equipment may not be used for illegal activities including but not limited to: disruption of other users, services, and equipment; harassment; distribution of unsolicited advertising, propaganda or computer viruses; and attempts to make unauthorized entries into other computers. I will not tamper with equipment hardware or software. I will not attempt to load or copy unlicensed software to the equipment.
- I understand that the Cal Poly Pomona is not responsible for any files left on the equipment, or for loss of, or damage to, files during the loan period. All files will be erased when the equipment is returned to the appropriate IT or delegating CPP staff member.
Overdue Fines

Upon checkout you will be issued a card that grants access to the room (located on the second floor of the Library, room 2434). This card, and the supplement pieces of equipment are due back to the Circulation desk in 3 hours. Each overdue hour will be charged at $5 and a replacement fee of $100 will be charged if the key card is lost.
