The University Library is pleased to announce a “by reservation” study space reopening pilot from May 2 through May 21 (closed Saturdays). During this period students may reserve a seat at a study table or at a computer workstation located on the second floor of the Library building (Building 15).
By reserving a study seat in the University Library, you agree to complete the Safer Return Checklist, which includes the Student COVID-19 Training and Acknowledgement Form, and Student Health Screener each time prior to coming to campus, and to review and comply with campus safety protocols and COVID-19 compliance from Student Conduct.
Once you select a date and time for your reservation a confirmation email will be sent to the Bronco email address you provide. Reservations are allowed for up to 3 hours, with one reservation available per day. Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
In order to maintain a high level of safety, patrons are to wear masks while in the Library, as well as socially distance. There is no food allowed in the University Library. Beverages are allowed in spill-proof containers. Restrooms are available as well as hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes.
How to Reserve a Library Seat
In order to ensure maximum availability, reservations will be cancelled 15 minutes after start time if users have not checked in. Exceptions will be permitted if space is available.
