CSU and CPP Transformative Agreements

Transformative Agreements

Transformative agreements are contracts between institutions and publishers designed to transform the scholarly publishing business model toward a fully open access model.

The California State University (CSU) system has negotiated Transformative Agreements with the following publishers:

Cal Poly Pomona University Library is a library shareholder in the following journals which allows for the waiver of Article Processing Charges (APCs) for articles accepted for publication:

At this time, CPP has no other Transformative Agreements in place.  The University Library is unable to pay for APCs.
