Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium is an education non-profit dedicated to increasing access to a high quality education for culturally, linguistically, and economically diverse learners.

The federal equity assistance centers were created to serve state departments of education, districts, and schools and help them address issues relating to race, gender, religion, and national origin (English Learners).

California offers — at no cost to public schools, districts, local libraries or students — access to online educational content from Britannica, ProQuest, TeachingBooks and Gale for use by every public K-12 school and student in the state.
