APA Citation Guides

For your project, you will be putting together a bibliography using APA Style.  The rules of APA Style are detailed in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, a text which you can access using our library catalog. There are also a number of online guides that provide tips and examples that may prove useful to you as well.

APA Formatting and Style Guide

The Basics of APA Style

This tutorial is designed for those who have no previous knowledge of APA Style. How to Cite Sources Properly

There are various tools you can use to help you with your citations and with managing citations, including the ones listed below. Please also visit the Student Conduct and integrity website for more on avoiding plagiarism.  When using tools to generate citations, it is always best practice to double check the citations against an appropriate style guide to ensure they werer generated correctly.
