6th Floor Study Areas

There are study carrels for silent study throughout the 6th floor.

Quiet Floors

Floors 1st, 5th, and 6th are designated as quiet floors. When you exit the elevators or the stairwells signs alert you that these are the quiet floors. This means no talking, no study groups, no loud sound from computers, and no cell phones. Quiet is enforced on these floors. Anyone making noise may be asked to leave. Please feel free to contact us if these rules are not being obeyed. See the section below for contact information.

 Please call 909-869-3075 for an immediate response. You can also email us at libhotline@mailman.cpp.edu, but please realize that since we are not able to constantly monitor emails the response time may not be immediate.

Group Study Rooms

There are seven group study rooms on the 6th floor.

6th Floor Stacks

You will find call numbers A-GT on the 6th floor.

These subjects include General Works, Philosophy, Psychology, Religion, Auxiliary of Sciences, World History, Geography, Anthropology, Recreation.

Maps and Atlases

The library's collection of maps and atlases are found on the 6th floor.

Microfilm/Microfiche

Microfilm/fiche readers are located on the Sixth floor, Media Collection. Images may be saved to a USB flash drive or online storage. Print jobs will have to be sent to any of the print release stations from any computer in the library connected to the print release stations.

Computers

There are computers and a printing station on the 6th floor near the elevators.
