American Politics Research presents original works by distinguished authors from a wide range of fields concerned with American politics. Articles examine and explore topics in every area of government, from local and state to regional and national.

The American Review of Politics publishes original research on American politics and the American political process. The primary focus of the journal is on American political development, Southern Politics, early American political thought, constitutional development, representation, and party politics. Papers on any area of American politics will be considered.

American Political Science Review is political science's premier scholarly research journal, providing peer-reviewed articles and review essays from subfields throughout the discipline. Areas covered include political theory, American politics, public policy, public administration, comparative politics, and international relations.

The American Review of Public Administration (ARPA), published eight times a year, is one of the elite scholarly peer-reviewed journals in public administration and public affairs. ARPA focuses on public administration broadly defined, encompassing organization and management studies, leadership, performance measurement and management systems, budgeting and financial management, network governance, and nonprofit management, among other topics.

The student-edited Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy examines legal issues at the intersection of constitutional litigation and public policy. Published at Duke Law School since 2006, DJCLPP is aimed at practitioners, judges, and legislators confronting new constitutional issues, and the constitutional and policy dimensions of court decisions and legislation.
