Technology Lending Program

The University Library Technology Lending Program offers a selection of devices for students to check out free of charge.

Hotspots

A limited number of hotspots are available for semester loan.
Priority will be given to students with the greatest need.

To check out a hotspot, students will first complete the Care Center's Technology Loaner Request form. Please be advised that a new form will need to be completed at the beginning of each semester. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact the Care Center at (909) 869-5071 or email carecenter@cpp.edu.

Please note: The Technology Loan Agreement Form should be completed prior to coming to the 2nd floor Circulation Desk to check out any Tech Lending devices.

If you are in immediate need of a short-term hotspot loan, the Library has a very limited number of hotspots available for 7-day loan. Please note that these loans are non-renewable.

Recognizing the pivotal role of computer literacy and reliable internet services, the Digital Equity Initiative emphasizes their importance in accessing critical resources. Collaborating closely with the County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department (ISD) and working in consultation with the County Chief Executive Office (CEO), the program is dedicated to supporting students and their families.
