Master's Thesis Formatting Guidelines

Formatting rules for Thesis Submissions

Thesis Formatting for Graduate Students:

  1. Make sure you know your deadline (date of submission), is very important that you know this because it will help you keep on track on what steps you have to take next in order to submit.
  2. Once you have chosen your topic, done your research, and wrote the draft, submit the draft to committee for review.
  3. Please make sure you go over Graduate studies Website steps and complete your final report to have the Formatting Review Team review your final paper formatting.
  4. Complete final version of your paper:  Once you have defended and completed your paper, and you are ready to submit.  Please email Formatting Review Team libraryformat@cpp.edu to have your paper reviewed. Attach your paper in word or PDF. Your paper must meet the formatting guide requirement or else we will declined the review of your paper until you have corrected your formatting.
  5. Final reviews are done by email.
  6. There are two separate Adobe Sign's, one is for your committee and the second is for the Formatting Review Team. Make sure you submit first to Adobe Sign for your committee, then meet with your reviewer for your final review.
  7. REMEMBER this is your final paper it should be ready to submit on that day, please be sure to go over your PDF paper before you email it to your Reviewer.
  8. Complete Adobe Sign
  9. Once you meet and pass your final library review format (Congrats!!) Please procced with step #10 of this list.
  10. Please make sure that you are following the Graduate Studies checklist
  • Don't forget to submit your Thesis through Bronco ScholarWorks
  • NOTE*** please make sure when submitting to Bronco ScholarWorks you are using the PDF file that your reviewer approved, do not submit the same approved paper from Adobe Sign please.

Congrats you are now finally done.

****For Project reports you will be submitting an abstract only, you will skip the library formatting review, make sure to complete step #7 and #10 only from graduate studies checklist  ****
